Professional conduct
Members should provide truthful information, maintain applicable licences and records, act respectfully and comply with the rules relevant to their work and vehicles.
Safety and confidentiality
Do not misuse another person’s documents, contact information or account. Report suspected fraud, unsafe conduct or misuse through info@ndoda.org with the relevant reference.
Fair review
NDODA may request clarification or supporting evidence when investigating a concern. Membership decisions and disputes should follow the association’s approved processes and applicable rights.
