Annual vehicle membership
Select the class and number of vehicles, then complete each vehicle’s details. The amount is calculated from the applicable annual fee multiplied by the number of vehicles in that class, plus any disclosed onboarding or membership fee.
Submit your membership details for assessment. NDODA will confirm the applicable fees before requesting payment.
NDODA vehicle membership is not a government vehicle licence, roadworthy certificate or insurance policy. Statutory vehicle licensing remains separate.
What to have ready
Your identity document or passport, contact details, proof of address and relevant driving documents. For vehicle membership, prepare the registration details and supporting documents for every vehicle. Additional evidence depends on the vehicle and operation.
Membership questions
Can I join without a vehicle?
Yes. Choose Professional driver.
Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes. Select the quantity in each class and complete one record per vehicle.
Does payment approve my membership?
No. Payment and application approval are separate. NDODA reviews your application and documents before confirming your membership status.
Will Industry Partners see my documents?
No. NDODA membership documents are available only to authorised staff. Industry Partner organisations do not receive access to member identity, vehicle or application documents through the public partner programme.
