Website & Membership Terms
Information for members, applicants and website visitors.
Association membership
These terms cover use of NDODA’s website and submission of a membership application. Information must be accurate and you must have authority to submit any personal, business or vehicle records.
Assessment and payment
Submission does not approve membership. Any applicable fees are disclosed before checkout. A Payfast return page is not proof of settlement; confirmed payment and membership approval are separate records.
Vehicle membership
Annual vehicle fees are per registered vehicle. NDODA membership does not replace a statutory vehicle licence, driving licence, PrDP, roadworthy certificate, insurance or other legally required approval.
No guaranteed third-party benefits
Membership does not guarantee work, a delivery contract, finance, insurance or welfare benefits. Separate programmes are subject to their written terms and eligibility.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent documents, access records without permission, misuse another person’s identity, interfere with the website, or scrape restricted information. NDODA may investigate misuse and restrict access subject to applicable rights.
Industry Partners
Industry Partner applications are separate from member applications. Approval of an Industry Partner does not grant that organisation access to member identity, vehicle or application documents. Public listings require NDODA approval and brand-use permission, and specific partner programmes remain subject to their own written terms.
