Information for members, applicants and website visitors.
Request a cancellation or refund
Email info@ndoda.org with your application reference, payment reference, the amount concerned and the reason for your request. Do not send card numbers or banking passwords.
Review
NDODA reviews requests against the service purchased, services already provided, duplicate or incorrect charges, the accepted terms and applicable statutory rights. No blanket exclusion of refunds overrides rights provided by law.
Payment records
A refund is not completed merely because a request is received or a note is added to an application. Confirmation follows processing and reconciliation through the relevant payment channel.
Renewals
The current checkout is once-off. It does not create an automatic card debit or recurring subscription. Future annual fees must be communicated and authorised separately.
