Document review
Authorised reviewers assess the documents submitted for an application and record whether further evidence is needed. A document marked reviewed is not a claim of an external police, licensing or identity-database clearance.
Additional checks
External checks, where needed, require an appropriate provider, authority and lawful process. The website does not perform automatic criminal-record or government-register checks.
Separate decisions
Document review, payment confirmation and membership approval are recorded separately. An application may remain pending after payment if assessment is not complete.
